I introduce myself Ramesh Molasi born in Mumbai India.

I have started yoga from Rishkesh, Uttranchal for one year. Then i started my own practice in Mumbai.

I m in this field since last 7 years  and so on. From last three years i m training to the people and guiding then how to Yoga and make life healthy and better.

My dream is to make people across the globe healthy and wealthy with help of yoga,. During my journey i have trained so many people from various side of India.

My specialty in yoga is Stretch, Pranayam and various type of Asan.

I can trained in yoga to  Personal and Group Trainer, FAT LOSS YOGA, corporate, gents and ladies, housewives, children and so on. 

Health and Fitness is now one of the major concern areas across the world. Easy lifestyle is what we are moving towards. Very less of effort spent on most activities like, travel by motor vehicles, air-conditioned environment, ready-made food stuff, etc.

Earlier humans used to hunt for their living, due to which their body had to undergo a lot of physical exercise. Every part of the body was exercised and the intake was more of natural substances. Today, we hardly do any of those. Even a simple 30 mins per day of workouts and one good nutritious meal a day can help improve our health. 

 So i recommend everybody to do yoga at least one hours daily in the morning or evening.
